Beef Week 2022 

Mavstar Simmenals was founded in 2001, based on genetics from Maverick Simmental bloodlines. Our herd is backed by 48 years of Simmental breeding in our family, and we are very proud to showcase our herd.

Each year we run successful Artificial Insemination & Embryo Transfer programs which include our elite donor females and leading Simmental sires. We will have PTIC heifers on display, our female herd, and heifers for sale by private treaty.  

Mavstar genetics have been utilised in Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland by multiple breeding operations. Annually our weaner calves sell exceptionally well at Weaner & Store Cattle Sales within the Western District of Victoria. We have also been successful within the show ring at many Royal & country shows throughout Southern Australia.
